Ben is the Chief Executive Officer of Point C. Ben works closely with the Point C portfolio TPAs and their leadership teams to develop and execute local market strategies, including strategic platform initiatives and growth acceleration. His passion lies in assessing market and enterprise structures and creating efficiencies that enable teams to deliver a best in class experience for employers and their members.

Previously, Ben was a Regional President for Trustmark Health Benefits, the nation’s largest independent TPA. He has experience working with three different TPAs in his 30-year career. 

Bill joined the Point C team as CFO in August of 2021. Previously, Bill was SVP of Finance for Apervita, Inc., a venture-backed Health IT company. He’s managed growing finance and accounting teams in several high growth companies.

Bill has experience with TPA’s through his time at private equity-backed Valence Health, which was ultimately acquired by Evolent Health. Bill’s financial experience includes raising financing rounds, M&A, divestitures, sales processes and developing his finance and accounting team.  Bill is a registered CPA.

Mark is the Chief Operating Officer (COO) of Point•C. Before his promotion to COO, he served as Vice President of Growth and Development for Point•C focused on M&A and organic growth initiatives. Prior to joining Point•C, he worked in Strategy and Operations for Arthur J. Gallagher, a leading global insurance broker. In addition to leading projects as part of Gallagher’s organic sales growth initiatives, he supported Gallagher Bassett, one of the world’s largest third party administrators. Prior to Gallagher, Mark was a consultant at PwC’s Management Consultancy. He obtained an MBA from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management and a Master of Accountancy from Brigham Young University.

John is the Vice President of Corporate Development and M&A and oversees Point•C’s acquisition growth strategy. Prior to joining Point•C, John held various strategic leadership roles at Anthem, Inc. including, Director of Operations in its Indiana Medicaid Health Plan, Chief of Staff to its Government Business Division CEO, and Director of Corporate Development where he executed $55+ billion of transaction value. Prior to his time at Anthem, he was an Assistant Vice President at Madison Capital Funding where he partnered with private equity companies to support leveraged buyouts and other company specific strategic initiatives. John holds a degree in Finance from Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business.

Maryjane (MJ) is the Senior Vice President of Operations and manages the operational outcomes and initiatives across all of Point•C’s TPA Partners. Prior to joining Point•C, MJ was the Senior Vice President of Business Operations at Marpai Health and the Director of Client Services at Inetico. With an abundance of TPA experience, MJ has become a data driven leader who enjoys identifying, implementing and executing operational initiatives to solve for problems and drive efficiencies. MJ prides herself on leading by example and the ability to make appropriate and effective business decisions that result in positive change.

Courtney is the Vice President of Clinical Operations, Population Health at Point•C. She serves as the Clinical lead for the company’s Care Management program, partnering with executives and leadership to develop and implement clinical strategies that align and support our mission, vision, and values. Prior to joining Point•C, she worked in the Managed Care Industry as a Senior Director of Clinical Operations, supporting both Case Management and Utilization Management programs. In addition to working in the Managed Care Industry, Courtney has worked in various clinical areas providing direct patient Care as a Mastered prepared Registered Nurse. She has a strong Clinical background and is passionate about transforming healthcare.

Courtney is the Director of Human Resources at Point•C. She serves as the architect for the company’s talent strategy and corporate-culture initiatives, partnering with executives and leadership to develop and implement people strategies that align and support business goals to enable scalability and growth. Prior to joining Point•C, she worked in the pharmacy benefit industry as a Senior Manager in Human Resources, supporting both Clinical Solutions and Information Technology business units. In addition to working in the healthcare industry, Courtney has a strong background in manufacturing, working in corporate environments at Johns Manville and Avery Dennison, as well as in private equity.

Dan is the CEO of Benefit Plan Administrators, which he purchased from the founder and has co-run with Marc Paulson since 2006. He has been working in the benefits space for the majority of his career and is especially knowledgeable in the Wisconsin and greater Midwest marketplace for employers under five thousand lives.

Marc has been serving as President of Benefit Plan Administrators (BPA) since 1995. In 2006 he bought BPA with Dan Cuskey from the founder and has co-run the business since. Marc serves on the Board of Directors of the Society of Professional Benefit Administrators (SPBA).

David serves as the President of Benefit Management, Inc. (BMI). Since his purchase of BMI in April 1989, he has focused on steady growth of the company via administration of successful health plans for schools, city and county governments, native American enterprises, manufacturing firms, and service organizations. David began his health benefits career as an actuarial analyst and underwriter in 1978, and his role at Blue Cross expanded his breadth of knowledge to include PPO and UR management.

Christine Hammerquist is the President and CEO of Insurance Administrator of America (IAA). Christine's insurance career began in 1990 at Travelers Insurance where she started in Worker's Compensation claims processing and moved on to Medical claim review and processing. In 1994, Christine moved on to CBA as a medical claims processor, and a System Specialist. This is where Christine developed a strong understanding of self-insurance. In 1997, Christine brought her knowledge and passion for self-insurance to IAA. Christine has worn many hats over the years which gives her a true understanding of the industry, regulations, systems, and processes needed to be successful. Christine now is in the position to lead and manage the best of the best – staff that brings knowledge, expertise, accountably, and ownership to their job functions. Gaining experience through hands-on interaction with the staff and the work they perform is the key to her success.

Bob is currently the Vice President of analytic.li, a computer software business focused on human capital management, business data, and budgeting / forecasting. He has nearly 40 years of experience in various data, analytics, and software roles at companies including IBM, Autobase, Healthx, ELAP, Doxly, HireCredit, and Beyond Payroll.

Brad is a Partner at Shore Capital leading Business Services Fund I. He formally served as CEO of Assembly Health, and is still a board member. He also serves on the Board of Directors for MHW Ltd, NextGen Growth Partners, and First Look Appraisals. Brad also serves as a finance lecturer at the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University. He previously served as the CEO of LiveWatch Security, and prior to that the CFO of Feldco Factory Direct, a leading home renewal company based in the Midwest.

Greg is the founder and CEO of Expansion Health, a technology to help health systems deliver multiple digital patient services into a single mobile app. Greg has over 35+ years building successful businesses in healthcare. Prior to Expansion Health, he founded HealthX, one of the first cloud-based technology companies in healthcare, and grew the business to the largest healthcare portal provider for U.S. health plans and payers. Prior, Greg also founded First Benefit Corp in 1982 and grew the company to one of the largest TPAs in the country in five years. He serves on the Board of Directors for Navia Benefit Solutions.

Hilarie has led product growth and strategy at Navia Benefit Solutions for the last 17 years. As CEO she scaled Navia to $40MM in revenue and $11MM in EBITDA through a combination of organic growth and three add-on acquisitions. She served on the board of the Northwest Washington Association of Health Underwriters (NWAHU) and Employer Council on Flexible Compensation.

John is a Founding Member of Shore Capital, a microcap private equity firm focused on partnering with companies that have between $1-10 million of EBITDA. John is primarily responsible for the sourcing and evaluation of healthcare investment opportunities and operating executives. Additionally, John serves as Chairman and maintains lead responsibility for Behavioral Innovations, BrightView, and Southern Orthodontic Partners investments where he actively works with management to identify and implement new growth initiatives. John previously served as Chairman at the Florida Autism Center. He is a Director for Golden Bear Physical Therapy and was a past Director of ClearPath Diagnostics, Fast Pace Urgent Care, and The Stepping Stones Group.

Lee spent 33 years at Enterprise Holdings as Vice President of Finance, Corporate Risk Officer, and Chief Administrative Officer. While overseeing Enterprise’s risk functions, Lee developed a self-retained risk portfolio for the world’s largest automotive fleet including captive insurance companies, claims administration, and agency operations.

Michael is a seasoned entrepreneur and an Executive Partner at Shore Capital Partners. He serves on the Board of Directors for Shore investments Chicagoland Smile Group, Golden Bear Physical Therapy, and Southern Orthodontic Partners as well the Michigan Rehabilitation Specialists / Excel Rehabilitation Services. Michael has a Doctorate from the Medical University of South Carolina, an MBA from Belmont University, and a BS in Physical Therapy from the University of Mississippi.

Ryan is a Founding Partner of Shore Capital, a microcap private equity firm focused on partnering with companies that have between $1-10 million of EBITDA. Ryan is responsible for all activities of the firm including sourcing, evaluating and enabling the growth of Shore investments. Currently, Ryan is a Director of Behavioral Innovations, SouthStar Urgent Care, BrightView, Navia Benefit Solutions, and Nova Health and was a past Director of the Florida Autism Center. He serves as Chairman of SouthStar Urgent Care, Navia Benefit Solutions, Nova Health, and Point C. Ryan also served as past Director of Sirona Infusion, ClearPath Diagnostics, Michigan Rehabilitation Specialists, Fast Pace Urgent Care, and the Stepping Stones Group.
