Ben is the Chief Executive Officer of Point C. Ben works closely with the Point C portfolio TPAs and their leadership teams to develop and execute local market strategies, including strategic platform initiatives and growth acceleration. His passion lies in assessing market and enterprise structures and creating efficiencies that enable teams to deliver a best in class experience for employers and their members.

Previously, Ben was a Regional President for Trustmark Health Benefits, the nation’s largest independent TPA. He has experience working with three different TPAs in his 30-year career. 

Bill joined the Point C team as CFO in August of 2021. Previously, Bill was SVP of Finance for Apervita, Inc., a venture-backed Health IT company. He’s managed growing finance and accounting teams in several high growth companies.

Bill has experience with TPA’s through his time at private equity-backed Valence Health, which was ultimately acquired by Evolent Health. Bill’s financial experience includes raising financing rounds, M&A, divestitures, sales processes and developing his finance and accounting team.  Bill is a registered CPA.

Maryjane (MJ) is the Chief Operating Officer and manages the operational outcomes and initiatives across all of Point•C’s TPA Partners. Prior to joining Point•C, MJ was the Senior Vice President of Business Operations at Marpai Health and the Director of Client Services at Inetico. With an abundance of TPA experience, MJ has become a data driven leader who enjoys identifying, implementing and executing operational initiatives to solve for problems and drive efficiencies. MJ prides herself on leading by example and the ability to make appropriate and effective business decisions that result in positive change.

Bob joined Point C as Chief Growth Officer in February of 2024. Tasked with building Point C’s national strategy and driving its execution, Bob is responsible for new revenue growth as well as client retention. Additionally, he manages marketing and product development on a national level while cultivating and leveraging strong relationships with brokers and consultants. With over 34 years of experience in the healthcare field, Bob has recently served as Regional VP of Sales for imagine360 and Regional President at Trustmark/CoreSource.

Katie Grinberg is a seasoned Human Resources Executive with a focus on creating high- performing cultures and driving business transformation. She excels in talent management, recruiting, and corporate communications. Katie holds an Executive MBA from the Kellogg School of Management.

John is the Vice President of Corporate Development and M&A and oversees Point•C’s acquisition growth strategy. Prior to joining Point•C, John held various strategic leadership roles at Anthem, Inc. including, Director of Operations in its Indiana Medicaid Health Plan, Chief of Staff to its Government Business Division CEO, and Director of Corporate Development where he executed $55+ billion of transaction value. Prior to his time at Anthem, he was an Assistant Vice President at Madison Capital Funding where he partnered with private equity companies to support leveraged buyouts and other company specific strategic initiatives. John holds a degree in Finance from Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business.

Hilarie has led product growth and strategy at Navia Benefit Solutions for the last 17 years. As CEO she scaled Navia to $40MM in revenue and $11MM in EBITDA through a combination of organic growth and three add-on acquisitions. She served on the board of the Northwest Washington Association of Health Underwriters (NWAHU) and Employer Council on Flexible Compensation.
